Hi,

Any suggestions appreciated for my issue:

I work for an organisation that multiple Internet domains associated. In my original configuration, I had a global domain document with one Local Primary Internet domain and many Alternate Internet domain aliases.

I decided to seperate all these alliases into 8 Global Domain Documents whith just a few Alternate Internet domain aliases beneath each.

The Problem:

When I route inbound email now from the internet, the message gets stuck in a loop and returns to the sender with the following error:

"Error transferring to XYZ.com; Maximum hop count exceeded. Message probably in a routing loop"

There are no duplicate address' within the Global Domain Documents

Any Suggestions?

Thanks
